FPS Lags with WIN 8

If you experience FPS lags with WIN 8, check your Windows screen resolution by

-> right clicking on your desktop
-> properties
-> settings

and check the screen resolution. It might be something like "1366 x 768" for example.

Go to your cfg file and add this:

seta r_mode "-1" //this says your resolution is custom. set this to your resolution below
seta r_customwidth "1366"
seta r_customheight "768"

Then start the game and type: /vid_restart in your console
