Punkbuster

My punkbuster Folder is empty and if i connect to some servers (most like snipers only) i get Kicked by PB saying PB INIT FAILURE

i wrote with boban about it but we couldn´t get it to work

i downloaded a manual update but it doesn´t work at all -.-

somebody has an Idea?

But the strange thing is that your pb folder is completely empty. You might want to consider reinstalling your game from a different website. But if you decide to do that: SAVE YOUR ETKEY and put it back in your etmain folder in your new map.

(Why do you need to play on other servers? Ours is the best. )

I tried to update PB but always same Error "302 not found" doesn´t matter if i try using the updater or manually updating....
my Router is newest version so no problem with that...

man i get crazy about this F****** error...

Today i had a nother problem after get Kicket i tried to reconnect with that damn reconnect button...
i got kicked right away with the message "unclean bla bla invalid PK3. File" someone knew what that is? just had that issue once

Yeah ur server is best, but sometimes i´m tired of original maps so have to play some Costume maps...
and i love sniper only servers so wanna play there some times.

this unpure user referenced. invalid pk3 thing can be sorted by just restarting et. Alternativly you just opne console and type: /vid_restart and hit enter. Basically same thing but much quicker.

About PB:
All i know is they dropped support. This is why we have all this trouble with the etkey/guid thing. Therefore i am not surprised updating doesnt work.

I found this: Put this in your cfg

seta pb_system "1"
seta pb_sleep "500"

Maybe we can outsmart et.

Never heard of router causing such problems.

We will sort this.

I tried 2 and a half hour to fix that problem yesterday, even with cfg settings...

Nothing helped...

found more ppl having the same prob and its a constellation of hard and software which causes this problem, pb is not able to fix it....so i cannot play on pb servers -.-

If i update PB to 2.1.xx my et doesn´t work anymore

jeah seems like i have to play here till i die xD but i Like it here

hope someday we have a second server with other maps so it will not get that boring -.-
