The PPSh was removed because there`s a possible bug caused by it.

If the silent mod isn`t loaded properly by ET, they will get this error message:
BG_Index Er String: unknown to 'PPSH': animations/scripts/human_parse.script line 22

and they are not able to connect.

PS
I always knew this thing is the source of all evil, since it`s deactivated the server is crowded
