Forum cleaning

Hi everyone !

After saw some members get lost on forum, I have decided to clean a bit the forum. (Thing I had to do since a while   )

I have tried to make it as simple to use as possible for non-registered and registered.



What is new :

-On forum, main table added, with servers links and useful links. Chatbox is now on the top.

-On the portal, there is now a chatbox and a <BHS/3 Silent Recruiting !'s banner. All useless others things have been deleted.

-Recruiting and Unban buttons added on the navigation bar.

-Servers page updated.

-Description for many forums added/completed and sub-links added too.

-Review of all groups (If you dont have access to a forum or you cant see it now and that you could before, please send me a message.)
With that, links are visible for registered users.
